Theobject of this matter is to change the name of Domenik Ventura Juarez, a minor, to Domenik Aery Lopez. And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to locate Neftali Juarez-Lemus, the father of the minor, who does not join in the Application for Change of Name, it is hereby ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Chesterfield Observer, and that the party named herein appear on or before December 10, 2010 at 8:30 a.m., in the Clerk’s Officeof the Circuit Court of Chesterfield County to do what may be necessary to protect his interest in this suit. TAKE NOTICE

Thaton December 1, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County at its regular meeting place in the Public Meeting Room of Chesterfield County, Virginia, will consider the conveyance of abandoned right of way for Cornerstone Boulevard. Information regarding the proposed conveyance is on file in the Right of Way Office in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and may be examined by all interested parties between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The hearing is held at a public facility designed to be accessible to persons with disabilities. Any persons with questions on the accessibility of the facility or need for reasonable accommodations should contact Janice B. Blakley, Clerk to the Board, at 748-1200. Persons needing interpreter services for the deaf must notify the Clerk to the Board no later than November 29, 2010.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, effective as of September 20, 2010, Chesterfield Aging and Disabled Services, Inc., a Virginia nonstock corporation (the “Corporation”), was dissolved. Claims against the Corporation may be sent to the address below and should specify in reasonable detail the nature and amount of each such claim. Any claims against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced prior to the earlier of the expiration of any applicable statute of limitations or three years after the date of publication of this notice.

YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE that under the provisions of the South Carolina ’29-3-100, effective June 16, 1993, any collateral assignment of rents contained in the mortgage identified in the Complaint is hereby perfected and Plaintiff hereby gives further notice that all rents shall be payable directly to it by delivery of the same to its undersigned attorneys from the date of default forward. In the alternative, the Plaintiff will move a Judge of this Circuit Court on the tenth (10th) day after service hereof, or as soon as counsel for Plaintiff may be heard, for an Order enforcing the assignment of rents, if any, and/or profits, if any, compelling payments of all such funds covered by the mortgage and/or by status and/or by common law directly to the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiff, which Motion is based upon the original Note and Mortgage identified in the Complaint therein and attached hereto as well as any applicable laws, statutes or regulations.
